PUMP FEATURES
This heat pump system features advanced inverter technology that adapts the heat pump’s output to the immediate needs of the heating system. This ensures maximum thermal comfort at all times in a particularly economical operating mode. The indoor unit draws energy from the outside air even at – 20 °C.
AMBIENT heat pumps are installed indoors, where their pleasant design and very low noise level keep them from being disruptive. They are connected to the outside environment by thermally and acoustically insulated air ducts terminating in special cover grilles fitted into the building’s perimeter wall. Connecting a heat pump to an ambient air heat source has never been easier. The excellent noise values and the outdoor optics of the air ducts make these pumps a safe and clean solution.
Setting heat pump and heating system parameters is easy and intuitive using the touchscreen. Operating states and parameters, such as the current coefficient of performance, are clearly shown on a seven-inch color LCD display. The operating unit is equipped for internet connection by default.
AMBIENT heat pumps are available in two models with a heating capacity range of 4-13 kW and 8-22 kW. According to the new ErP directive (valid from 2019), these heat pumps achieve energy class A+++. The AMBIENT model is also available with active cooling.
AMBIENT heat pumps meet strict Ecodesign requirements and are eligible for subsidies.
