1. Your rights

When you use this website, a variety of personal information is collected. Personal information is information on the basis of which you can be personally identified.

Based on the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to be informed about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of storage. In addition, you have the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, opposition to processing and data portability, provided that the legal conditions are met.

If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The lawfulness of the processing of your personal data is not affected until you withdraw your consent. The further processing of these data on the basis of another legal basis, for example for the fulfilment of legal obligations, is also unaffected.

You can contact our Data Protection Officer at any time with questions about this and other personal data issues.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

2. Collection and processing of personal data

a) When you visit our website

If you visit our website, we process the data that your browser automatically sends us. This data includes your IP address, the exact time of the server request, the browser type and browser version, the operating system used, the reference URL, the name of the host computer from which access is made. We only process personal data about the use of our website if this is necessary to enable the user to use the service.

This data is collected and processed for internal statistical purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or measures taken prior to the conclusion of a contract. Another basis for the processing of data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in processing the data in order to guarantee the stability and security of the website.

We also use cookies partly for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on your computer. Our website uses cookies in several places. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, efficient and secure. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted when your visit is over. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. You have the option of deactivating this function in your browser or setting it so that you can determine in each individual case whether or not a cookie should be accepted. In this case, however, the functionality of our website may be limited. Cookies necessary for electronic communication or to provide certain functions (e.g. shopping cart functions) are stored on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services.

Other cookies that are stored (e.g. cookies used to analyse your online behaviour) are dealt with separately in this privacy statement.

b) When registering on this website

You can register on our website to use other features on this site. We use the information you provide in this way only for the purpose of using the relevant offer or service for which you have registered. Any mandatory information required at registration must be provided in full. Otherwise, we will refuse your registration.

In the event of important changes, for example in the scope of the offer or in the event of technically necessary changes, we use the e-mail address provided at registration to inform you.

The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, you only need to inform us informally by e-mail. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing already carried out.

We store the data collected during registration for as long as you are registered on our website, after which it will be deleted. The statutory retention period is not affected.

c) When using the contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your data from the enquiry form and the contact details you provide there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on your consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. To do so, you only need to inform us informally by e-mail. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out until revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the personal data expires (e.g. after we have finished processing your enquiry). The statutory retention period is not affected.

d) When using the comments function on this website

For the comment function on this site, in addition to your comment, the information about when you posted the comment, your e-mail address and, if you are not communicating anonymously, the username you have chosen are also stored.

Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who post comments. Because we do not vet comments on our site before they are posted, we need this information to take action against the originator in the event of a violation such as harassment or propaganda.

As a site user, you can register to receive comments by logging in. You will receive a confirmation email to check that you are the owner of the email address provided. You can cancel this feature at any time using the link in the informational emails. In this case, the data entered as part of the subscription to the comments will be deleted; however, if you have sent us this data for other purposes and at another location (e.g. newsletter subscription), it will remain with us.

The processing of your data is based on your consent (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, you only need to inform us informally by e-mail. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data already carried out.

Your data that we collect (e.g. IP address) will remain with us until the commented content is completely deleted, until the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments), until you ask us to delete them or until you withdraw your consent to their storage. The legal retention period is not affected.

e) Processing of customer and contract data

We collect, process and use personal data where necessary to establish, modify or change the legal relationship, for customer management and customer relations and for the company’s sales and marketing activities.

We process such personal data to enable us to carry out business, sales activities, deliveries, provide customer service, invoicing and contact with customers in the context of contract performance, marketing and other customer relationship management. In addition, we also use personal information to handle cases and claims and provide support requested by customers.

The personal information comes directly from customers or is collected by us in connection with your use of our products and services. Personal data may also be obtained from public registers and other reliable external sources. The processing of personal data is necessary to provide performance under purchase contracts to which the customer company is a party. Furthermore, the processing of personal data is necessary for the pursuit of our pursued, legitimate interests in pursuit of the company’s business objectives. The basis for the processing of the data is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b GDPR (performance of a contract or a measure taken prior to the conclusion of a contract).

The collected customer data will be deleted after the completion of the contract or the end of the business relationship. The statutory retention period is not affected.

As a matter of principle, we use personal data exclusively for internal business purposes and do not provide it to external parties. To the extent necessary to fulfil the above purposes, companies of the Arbonia Group may access and process personal data. We only provide personal data to third parties outside the Arbonia Group if this is necessary in the context of the performance of a contract, for example, to companies responsible for the delivery of goods or to the bank responsible for payment. No other transfer of data takes place, or only if you expressly consent to the transfer. Any transfer of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and if there are adequate contractual, technical and organisational measures in place.

f) Data processing in the selection procedure

We collect and process the personal data of job applicants for the purpose of conducting the selection process. If an employment contract is concluded with the candidate, the personal data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship in compliance with the legal regulations.

If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after the notification of the rejection decision, unless the deletion is prevented by other legitimate interests of the controller.

The processing of personal data for the above purposes is carried out on the basis of consent or on the basis of a legitimate interest of the controller preventing erasure. We may cooperate with other Arbonia Group companies and other external entities processing personal data (e.g. IT service providers). Any transfer of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and where there are adequate contractual, technical and organisational measures in place.

Information about the company rexx:

This website uses the services of rexx systems GmbH, Headquarters, Süderstrasse 75-79, 20097 Hamburg, Germany (“rexx”). The Swiss branch, rexx systems Schweiz AG, is located at Sparrenbergstrasse 5, 8103 Zurich. Once entered and transmitted, your data may go directly encrypted to the servers of rexx, which stores the data exclusively encrypted on a server in the computing center of Host Europe GmbH (located in Cologne). If this is the case, all data will be encrypted using the SSL method. If you log in with the user data provided after your registration, the SSL encryption method will also be used for this login.

The transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and if appropriate contractual, technical and organisational measures exist. Both the controller and the Internet service provider will take technical and organisational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorised persons. We are constantly improving our security measures in line with technical developments.

Matoma (formerly Piwik) web analysis information:

Our website uses Piwik’s web analytics features as part of the tender process. Piwik web analytics uses cookies that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. To do this, information about the use of this website generated by the cookie is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymised before it is stored. Piwik web analysis cookies will remain on your computer until you delete them.

The use of Piwik Web Analytics cookies is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both our website and our advertising.

The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website is not passed on to third parties. You can cancel the storage of cookies by using the appropriate browser settings. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

If you do not consent to the storage and use of your data, you can disable the storage and use for the future by setting a cookie opt-out within the use of the PZP job portal by selecting the appropriate function. If you delete your cookies, this will also result in the deletion of the Piwik web analytics opt-out cookie. The opt-out must be reactivated when you visit our website again.

g) Data processing for sending newsletters and advertising mailings

If you subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website, the data provided when subscribing to the newsletter or promotional mailings will only be used to send you the newsletter, unless you agree to further use. You agree that we may also send this personal data to other companies of the Arbonia Group and that other companies of the Arbonia Group may also process this data for the same purpose and send you a newsletter about the entire range of services offered by the Arbonia Group. We will not pass on personal data to third parties outside the Arbonia Group.

If you subscribe to the newsletter by e-mail for which personal data is required, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Only after confirming the links contained in this email will your subscription be completed. The processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe procedure specified in the newsletter. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data already carried out.

We will store the data you provide when you subscribe to the newsletter until you cancel your subscription to the newsletter and delete it after you cancel your subscription to the newsletter. This does not affect data that will be stored with us on the basis of another purpose or other consent (e.g. email addresses for another newsletter or for other functions on the website).

We may cooperate with other Arbonia Group companies and other third parties processing personal data (e.g. IT service providers). Any transfer of personal data will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and where there are adequate contractual, technical and organisational measures in place.

Newsletter – measuring success

The newsletters contain a so-called “web-beacon”, i.e. an image file of one pixel size which is loaded from our server when the newsletter is opened, or from the server of the sending service if we use it. This retrieval first collects technical information such as browser and system information, but also your IP address and the moment the file was retrieved.

This information is used to make technical improvements to the service based on technical data or target groups and their preferences as determined by where the file was downloaded from (which can be determined by IP address) or access times. Statistical evaluation is also used to determine whether newsletters were opened, when they were opened and which links were clicked on. Although this information can technically be attributed to individual newsletter recipients. However, it is not our endeavour to track individual users, nor is it the endeavour of the mailing service if it has been subscribed. Rather, this evaluation serves the purpose of enabling us to better understand the reading preferences of our users and to tailor the content provided to them or to send out different content in line with the interests of our users. Unfortunately, it is not possible to disagree with the measurement of success on your own, in which case you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Newsletter sender: Cleverreach GmbH

The distribution of the newsletter is provided by the distribution service provider CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany. The data protection declaration of the mailing service provider can be consulted at:
https://www.cleverreach.com/de/datenschutz/
. The mailing service provider is engaged on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f. GDPR and on the basis of a processing contract pursuant to Article 28, paragraph 3, page 1 GDPR.

The mailing service provider may use the data in a pseudonymised form, i.e. without the possibility of assignment to a specific user, to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimisation of the mailing and display of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the mailing service provider does not use the data about the recipients of our newsletter to send them mail itself or to provide them to third parties.

3. Evaluation of traffic data and use of analytical tools

We would like to tailor the content of this website to your interests and thus improve our offer for you. We use various web analytics services in order to make these adjustments and continuously optimize our website.

Information about Google Analytics (with anonymisation function)

This website uses the web analytics features of Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses text cookies that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. The information about the use of this website recorded by the cookies is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. Google will thus truncate your IP address within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before sending it to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the entire IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services to the website operator relating to website use and internet usage.

The storage of cookies for Google Analytics is based on Article 6 (1) (f). GDPR. The operator has a legitimate interest in anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly, but please note that if you do this you will not be able to use all the functions of this website. In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. This will save an opt-out cookie that will prevent the collection of your data on future visits to this website:

Deaktivace Google Analytics.

For more information about the treatment of user data in Google Analytics, please refer to Google’s privacy statement:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de

This website uses the “demographics” feature of Google Analytics. It can be used to compile reports that include statements about the age, gender and interests of visitors to the site. This data comes from Google’s interest-based advertising and third-party traffic data. This data cannot be attributed to any specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time by setting a notification in your Google account, or you can prohibit the collection of your data in Google Analytics as described in the section “Opposing data collection”.

The provider of these functions is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For further information on the treatment of user data in Google Analytics, please refer to Google’s privacy statement
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de

Information on remarketing in Google Analytics

Our website uses the remarketing features of Google Analytics in combination with Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick across multiple devices. This feature allows you to link the ad target groups generated by Google Analytics remarketing with Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick across multiple devices. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been tailored to your previous website usage and online behaviour on one end device (e.g. mobile) can also be displayed on another end device (e.g. tablet or computer).

If you have given your consent, Google will link your browser history and app history to your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages may be displayed on each device on which you log in with your Google account.

To support this feature, Google Analytics collects user IDs verified by Google that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for advertising across multiple devices.

You can object to remarketing/multi-device targeting by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google account.

The aggregation of the data collected in your Google account is carried out solely on the basis of your consent, which you can grant or revoke with Google. For the collection of data that is not aggregated on your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or have not consented to the aggregation), the collection of data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest stems from the fact that we are interested in anonymised analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

The provider of these functions is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For more information on these functions and for more information on the treatment of user data in Google Analytics remarketing, please refer to the relevant Google privacy statement.

Information on Google AdWords and Google Conversion-Tracking

Our website partly uses Google AdWords. Within Google AdWords, we use so-called Conversion Tracking. If you click on an advertisement published by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored. These cookies (small text files stored by the internet browser on the user’s computer) expire after 30 days and do not serve to identify users personally. If a user visits certain pages of this website while the cookie has not yet expired, Google, as well as us, can recognise that the user has clicked on an advertisement and has been redirected to these pages.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The information collected by conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for us as an AdWords customer. We learn the total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which we can personally identify the user.

The storage of “conversion cookies” is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f. GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both our website and our advertising.

The provider of these functions is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. For more information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking and the treatment of user data, please refer to Google’s data protection statements.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use of data by deactivating Google’s conversion tracking cookies in your browser’s user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the placement of cookies and can only allow cookies in specific cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or exclude the acceptance of cookies in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

About Sklik Retargeting

Our website uses Sklik Retargeting, which is an advertising platform operated by Seznam.cz that can display text advertising when searching on the Seznam.cz portal and in partner search engines, as well as banner and responsive advertising (text, combined, native) in the advertising network on the most visited pages of the Czech Internet.

As part of its services, Seznam.cz evaluates the basic features of the user’s behaviour or the user’s browser on the basis of cookies (without information or the need for information about who exactly it is). This evaluation therefore does not contain any data entered by the user. No personal data is processed when using the Sklik Retargeting function.

The information for targeting is never associated with a specific account on the Seznam.cz portal. The Seznam.cz portal only stores the processed data for a limited period of time and anonymises it.

Retargeting and dynamic retargeting performed in the Sklik service cannot be combined with detailed targeting using personal data. Therefore, it can be used as before after 25 May 2018.

The user’s consent to the storage of cookies is not required for the above reasons for retargeting purposes.
In Czech legislation, the amendment to Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications, § 89 (3)
the opt-in principle for storing cookies has been introduced.

You can object to the collection of your data by Seznam.cz by clicking on the following link. This will save an opt-out cookie that will prevent the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Deactivation of personalized ads.

The provider of these functions is Seznam.cz, a. s., Jankovcova 1566/2b, 170 00 Prague 7. For more information on these features and for more information on the handling of user data by Sklik Retargeting, please refer to the relevant privacy statement of Seznam.cz:
https://o.seznam.cz/ochrana-udaju/
and
https://www.seznam.cz/reklama/cz/obsahovy-web/pravidla-reklamy/gdpr

4. Předávání osobních údajů a zpracování údajů cizími subjekty

As a matter of principle, we use personal data exclusively for internal business purposes and do not pass on data to external parties unless this is necessary for the performance of a contract, legally permissible or you have consented to it.

We may, however, enter into contracts with other companies or individuals (“processors”) where we instruct them to perform certain tasks on our behalf. In doing so, we may need to provide the processors with access to personal data. Our processors are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data sent to them and must not use the information for purposes other than those specified by us. Examples of such tasks undertaken by processors are technician services, payment and delivery services, marketing, credit risk mitigation or fraud protection, analytics providers, information retrieval providers or intra-group processing.

Such transfers of personal data, where applicable, shall be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and where there are adequate contractual, technical and organisational measures in place.

5. Services or content of third parties on our website

We provide services or content of third parties on our website. If you use such third-party services or if you view third-party content, communication data is exchanged between you and the respective provider for technical reasons. We do not control either the website or the privacy practices of the third parties that operate the website. Therefore, this privacy statement does not apply to the linked third-party websites and services.

The respective service or content provider may collect additional data and process it for its own purposes. To the best of our knowledge, we have configured the services and content of providers that process personal data for their own purposes so that either communication for purposes other than the display of services or content on our website is blocked or that the collection of personal data only takes place if you choose to use the relevant service. However, because we do not control the data that third parties collect and process, we are unable to provide binding information about the extent and purpose of such processing of your data by the relevant third party providers.

a) Links to websites

For optimal information, you will find links on our website that lead to the websites of external entities. As these are websites of other service providers, we have no influence on their content, which is the sole responsibility of the respective service provider. Therefore, this privacy statement does not apply to the linked third-party sites.

b) Tools

Our website uses features of various tools to improve functionality.

About Google Web Fonts

Our site uses the “web fonts” feature provided by Google to display fonts in a consistent manner. When you visit the site, your browser downloads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts. For this purpose, your browser connects to Google’s servers. This is how Google learns that our website has been visited from your IP address.

The use of Google Web Fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive display of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, your computer will use a standard font.

The provider of this function is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For more information about Google’s treatment of user data, please refer to Google’s privacy statement.

About Google Maps

Our website uses the mapping features of Google Maps. When using Google Maps features, you must store your IP address. This information may be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is done in the interest of displaying our online offers attractively and making it easier to find the places we have listed on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The provider of this function is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For more information on Google’s treatment of user data, please refer to Google’s privacy statement.

c) Social plugins

Furthermore, our website uses the functions of various so-called social plugins (“buttons”) of social media such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and Twitter. Social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube or LinkedIn) allow users of these social media platforms to create links on their profiles that can be saved or shared with their social media contacts.

When you visit our website, the buttons for these social media platforms are deactivated by default. No data will be sent to the relevant social networks without your intervention. Before you can use these buttons, you must activate them by clicking on them. They will then remain active until you deactivate them again.

Once activated, a direct connection will be established with the server of the respective social network. The content of the button is then transferred from the social network directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website. Once the button has been activated, the social network can collect data regardless of whether you interact with the button or not.

If you are logged into the social network, the network can associate your visit to the website with your user account.

If you are a user of a social network and you do not want it to combine data from your visit to our website with your user data, you must log out of the relevant social network before activating the buttons.

We have no influence on the treatment of data collected by social networks using their buttons. The privacy guidelines of social networks provide information about the purpose and scope of the data they collect, how this data is processed and used, the rights available to you and the settings you can use to protect your privacy. Further information about the scope and purpose of such collection and processing of your data is set out in the privacy statements of the service providers whose services or content we hold responsible for protecting your data in this context.

Information about Facebook plugins (Like and Share button)

Our website uses the social networking features of Facebook. You can recognize Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our website. When you visit our website and are logged in to Facebook, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is established using the plug-in. Facebook is thus informed that you have visited our site from your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like” button while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link to the content on our site on your Facebook profile. Facebook can thus associate your visit to our site with your user account. You can prevent this by logging out of your Facebook user account. Please note that we do not have information about the content of the data transmitted and its use by Facebook.

The provider of these functions is Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. For more information on Facebook’s handling of user data, please refer to Facebook’s privacy statement.

Information about Twitter

Our website uses Twitter features. When you use Twitter and the “Retweet” function, the websites you visit will be linked to your Twitter account and notified to other users. In doing so, data may also be transmitted to Twitter. Please note that we have no information about the content of the data transmitted and its use by Twitter.

The provider of these functions is Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. For further information on Twitter’s treatment of user data, please refer to Twitter’s privacy statement.

About Instagram

Our website uses Instagram features. If you are logged in to your Instagram account, you can click on the Instagram button to link to our website content on your Instagram profile. In doing so, the logged data (your IP address, the address of the websites you visit that also contain Pinterest functions, the type and settings of your browser, the date and time of your request, your use of Pinterest) can be transmitted via the plugin to Pinterest servers in the USA. Please note that we have no information about the content of the data transmitted and its use by Pinterest.

The operator of the plug-in is Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103-490, USA. For more information on Pinterest’s treatment of user data, please refer to Pinterest’s privacy statement.

6. Erasure of personal data

If we have not specified any specific retention periods in this privacy statement, the following general rules apply:

As a general rule, your data will be deleted when it is no longer needed for the intended purposes or when you withdraw your consent or object to the use on the basis of legitimate interest. After this point, the data will only be stored if this is necessary under a legal regulation to which we are subject (e.g. tax and commercial legislation) or if the data is needed to substantiate, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. Security

Any information you provide to us will be stored on servers within the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland. We take particular care to ensure that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed in the relevant country.

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. We are constantly improving and adapting our security measures in line with technical developments.

However, please note that the transmission of data on the Internet (e.g. in e-mail communication) may have security gaps. Perfect protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

8. Change to the privacy statement

This privacy statement may be subject to modification, e.g. due to changes in legislation or changes in processing. We therefore ask you to review this page regularly.
